Air Horn

  1. Remove pump arm spring and pump arm assembly. Remove connecting link from automatic choke. Remove air horn retaining screws. Remove air horn. Remove float pin. Remove float assembly.
  2. Remove gasket. Remove needle valve assembly, seat and packing. Remove plunger assembly. Remove feedback solenoid valve retaining screws. Remove feedback solenoid valve from air horn. Use care not to bind solenoid during removal.
  3. Remove retaining clip from choke piston assembly. Remove coupling from connecting link. Loosen retaining screws and remove choke piston assembly.
