Remove, Overhaul & Install: Remove/Install/Overhaul: Introduction: Reassembly

To reassemble, reverse disassembly procedure using new gaskets and seals. Check float level and float drop adjustment prior to installing air horn. Perform all adjustments after assembly. See ADJUSTMENTS in this article. Do not install spring pin in front of mixture screw until adjustment has been made with engine running.
