The clutch is a single disc type using a diaphragm spring to engage the pressure plate. On Metro, Spectrum and Tracker models, clutch is mechanically controlled by the clutch pedal, clutch cable, return spring, release fork and prelubricated release bearing. The system incorporates a clutch switch that disables the ignition unless the pedal is fully applied.
