Vacuum Advance (Metro LSi w/o ESC & Tracker)

Remove distributor cap. Remove vacuum hose from 3-way connector and attach hand-held vacuum pump. Apply vacuum while observing advance plate assembly. Advance plate assembly should operate with a smooth movement and vacuum should not bleed off. If vacuum advance performance is incorrect, replace vacuum advance. Service or replace advance plate if it does not perform as specified.
