At Idle (10) 300-2000
At Wide Open Throttle 2000-6500
(1) With .012" (.30 mm) feeler gauge installed between stop screw and lever.
(2) With .035" (.89 mm) feeler gauge installed between stop screw and lever.
(3) Throttle valve at idle position.
(4) Throttle valve at fully open position.
(5) With .014" (.35 mm) feeler gauge installed between stop screw and lever.
(6) Terminal E2 is the top terminal (Brown wire). IDL terminal is second terminal (Blue wire) from top of TPS.
(7) With .023" (.58 mm) feeler gauge installed between stop screw and lever.
(8) Sensor is nonadjustable. Apply 5 volts to Blue/Orange wire terminal. With Black/White wire grounded, at idle, voltage should be less than 1.25 volts at Blue/Red wire and approximately 5 volts at wide open throttle.
(9) With .022" (.56 mm) feeler gauge installed between stop screw and lever.
(10) To position throttle valve at idle, apply approximately 18 in. Hg vacuum to throttle opener valve.
