Park/Neutral Switch

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Disconnect switch connector located under intake manifold. This is a round connector containing 4 wires.
  2. Using ohmmeter, check for continuity between specified wires with gearshift in proper location. See PARK/NEUTRAL SWITCH CONTINUITY  table. Continuity should exist in these gears only.
