Steering Column: Inspection

Ensure upper steering column mounting bracket capsules are contacting bottom of mounting slots. Ensure steering column length between center of steering shaft joint and end of steering column tube is 20.79" (528.0 mm). Replace steering column assembly if length is less than specification.
