Park/Neutral Position Switch
Disconnect park/neutral position switch. Using ohmmeter, check for continuity between specified wires with gearshift in selected position. Continuity should exist between appropriate wires with gearshift in corresponding position as listed.
NOTE:
On Metro A/T, ECM receives gear position signals from Transaxle Control Module (TCM). Park/neutral position switch provides gear position signal to TCM.
