Left Front Window Does Not Close

  1. Turn ignition switch to ON position. Using test light, backprobe between left front power window motor connector terminal No. 2 (Green wire) and ground. Pull up and hold left front power window switch. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, check for open in Yellow wire between power window/door lock switch and left front power window motor. If Yellow wire is okay, replace left front power window/door lock switch.
  2. Release left front power window switch. Using test light, backprobe between left front power window motor connector terminal No. 1 (Red wire) and battery voltage. If test light illuminates, replace left front power window motor. If test light does not illuminate, check for open in Green wire between power window/door lock switch and left front power window motor. If Green wire is okay, replace power window/door lock switch.
