Left Front Window Does Not Open

  1. Turn ignition switch to ON position. Using test light, backprobe between left front motor connector terminal No. 1 (Red wire) and ground. Depress and hold left front window control on power window/door lock switch. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, check for open in Green wire between power window/door lock switch and left front power window motor. If Green wire is okay, replace master window switch.
  2. Release left front power window switch. Using test light, backprobe between left front power window motor connector terminal No. 2 (Green wire) and battery voltage. If test light illuminates, replace left front power window motor. If test light does not illuminate, check for open in Yellow wire between power window/door lock switch and left front power window motor. If Yellow wire is okay, replace power window/door lock switch.
