Electronic Ignition Timing Advance

Ignition timing is controlled by PCM. If ignition signal is not present at PCM, DTC P1300 can set in PCM memory. For testing procedures, see appropriate TESTS W/CODES article. For adjusting procedures, see IGNITION TIMING in ADJUSTMENTS article.
