Steering Column: Notes
CAUTION:
Applying excessive pressure or causing impact to steering shaft during service may cause column to collapse.
CAUTION:
Clockspring coil will be damaged if steering wheel is rotated beyond normal number of revolutions. If clockspring is not removed prior to steering column removal, ensure ignition remains locked.
