Preliminary Checks

Ensure POWER WINDOWS CIRCUIT BREAKER (50-amp) is good. Ensure ground connection (located behind left side of instrument panel above fuse block No. 2) is clean and tight. Ensure power window/door lock switch is in UNLOCK position (released). Before component replacement, check for poor connections at related component and in-line harness connector terminals.

NOTE: Some components incorporate a short harness between component and connector. Wire color may be different from that used in main harness. See WIRING DIAGRAM.
