Code 13 can appear intermittently on late model Hondas if the PA (atmospheric pressure) sensor loses its 5 volt reference on the yellow/white wire The problem may be traced to a bad splice at the left (driver's) kick panel where the reference voltage supply wire branches off to other sensors under the hood.
Clean, resolder, and protect the splice connector to repair this problem.
