EVAP Canister Vent Shut Valve Replacement

Remove the EVAP canister.
2000-2005 models: Remove the EVAP canister vent shut valve (A).

2006 model: Remove the cap (A), then remove the EVAP canister vent shut valve (B).

Install the valve in the reverse order of removal with a new O-ring.
NOTE: Do not coat the O-ring with engine oil, etc.
