Powertrain Control Module Location

Engine Control Module (ECM) is used on vehicles equipped with manual transaxles/transmissions. Powertrain Control Module (PCM) is used on vehicles equipped with automatic transaxles/transmissions. ECM will be referred to as PCM. PCM is located under carpet in passenger foot well. See Fig 1 .
