DTC P2108: Throttle Actuator Control CPU Problem

  1. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
  2. Clear the DTC with the HDS.
  3. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
  4. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
  5. Check for Temporary DTCs or DTCs with the HDS.

    Is DTC P2108 indicated? 

    YES  - Substitute a known-good PCM (see HOW TO SUBSTITUTE THE PCM ), and recheck. If DTC P2108 is not indicated, replace the original PCM (see PCM REPLACEMENT ).

    NO  - Intermittent failure, system is OK at this time. Check for poor connections or loose terminals at the throttle body and at the PCM.
