Service Specifications

Flywheel




Torque the flywheel mounting bolts (B) in a crisscross pattern in several steps.


Pressure Plate




Torque the mounting bolts in a crisscross pattern. Tighten the bolts in several steps to prevent warping the diaphragm spring.


Clutch Pedal




Clutch Pedal Stroke (G): 125-135 mm (4.92-5.31 in.)
Clutch Pedal Free Play (H): 6-17 mm (0.24-0.67 in.)
Clutch Pedal Height (F): 200 mm (7.87 in.)
Clutch Pedal Disengagement Height (I): 112 mm (4.41 in.)
