Fuel Pulsation Damper Replacement

  1. Remove the fuel rail (see INJECTOR REPLACEMENT ).
  2. Remove the fuel pulsation damper cover (A).

  3. Remove the clip (B), then remove the fuel pulsation damper (C).
  4. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with a new O-ring (D).
    NOTE: If the drain hole (A) of the fuel pulsation damper cover does not face bottom, reinstall it as shown.
