ECT Sensor 2 Replacement

  1. Drain the engine coolant (see COOLANT REPLACEMENT ).
  2. Remove the intake manifold cover (see step 1 under INTAKE MANIFOLD REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ).
  3. Disconnect the ECT sensor 2 2P connector (A).

  4. Remove ECT sensor 2 (B).
  5. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with a new O-ring (C), then refill the radiator with engine coolant (see COOLANT REPLACEMENT ).
