Cruise Control Set/decel, Resume/accel, Cancel Switch Test/Replacement2004-2007 Models
1. Remove the two screws securing the cruise control set/decel, resume/accel, cancel switch, then remove the switch.
2. Disconnect the connector from the switch.
3. Check for continuity between the terminals in switch position according to the table. There should be continuity while pressing the switch down, and no continuity when the switch is released.
4. If either switch is faulty, replace the switch assembly.
5. If the switch is OK, but switch failure has occurred on the cruise control unit input test (2004-2005 models) or cruise control input test (2006-2007 models), check and repair the wire harness on the switch circuit.
