General Specifications

Cylinder Head

Torque 29 Nm (3.0 kgf-m, 22 ft. lbs.)





Tighten bolts in two steps (90° per step).
Tighten new bolts an extra 90°.

Torque 8 mm bolts (A) 22 Nm (2.2 kgf-m, 16 ft. lbs.)

Measure the diameter of each cylinder head bolt at point A and point B. If either diameter is less than 11.5 mm (0.45 inch), replace the cylinder head bolt.





Intake Manifold





Camshaft Bearing/Holder

Torque 22 Nm (2.2 kgf-m, 16 ft. lbs.)

Tighten the bolts two turns at a time, in the sequence shown.





Crankshaft Pulley

Torque 260 Nm (26.5 kgf-m, 192 ft. lbs.)
