Tensioner Pulley Replacement

  1. Remove the auto-tensioner (see DRIVE BELT AUTO-TENSIONER REPLACEMENT ).
  2. Secure the auto-tensioner in a vise with soft jaws. To prevent damage to the tensioner, always use soft jaws or equivalent materials between the tensioner and the vise.

  3. Remove the pulley bolt (left-hand threads), and remove the tensioner pulley.

  4. Install the new tensioner pulley in the reverse order of removal.
