EGR Pipe Removal and Installation: Installation

Install the EGR pipe to the water passage side, then tighten the nuts (A) by hand with a new gasket (B).

Install the EGR pipe to the TWC side, tighten the bolts (C) by hand with a new gasket (D), then torque the bolts.
Torque the nuts on the water passage side.
Install the cowl cover and the under-cowl panel (see COWL COVER REPLACEMENT ).
