ECT Sensor 1 Replacement

  1. Remove the air cleaner (see AIR CLEANER ELEMENT INSPECTION/REPLACEMENT ).
  2. Remove the bolt (A).

  3. Disconnect the ECT sensor 1 connector (B).
  4. Remove ECT sensor 1 (C).
  5. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with a new O-ring (D), then refill the radiator with engine coolant (see COOLANT REPLACEMENT ).
