DTC U0301: PGM-FI System Program Version Mismatch
NOTE:
- This DTC is indicated when a ECM/PCM update is not completed.
- Do not turn the ignition switch to ACC (I) or LOCK (0) while updating the ECM/PCM. If you do, the ECM/PCM can be damaged.
NOTE:
Before you troubleshoot, record all freeze data and any on-board snapshot, and review the general troubleshooting information (see GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION
).
- Do the ECM/PCM update procedure (see ECM/PCM Update ).
- Check for Pending or Confirmed DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC U0301 indicated?
YES - Replace the original ECM/PCM (see ECM/PCM Replacement ).
NO - Troubleshooting is complete. If any other Pending or Confirmed DTCs are indicated, go to the indicated DTC's troubleshooting.
