- Use Honda Long Life Antifreeze/Coolant Type 2, and if necessary add Honda Extreme Cold Weather Antifreeze/Coolant Type 2 (concentrate) as needed for prolonged cold temperatures below -22 deg.F (-30 deg.C).

Replace brake fluid
- Use Honda DOT 3 Brake Fluid.We recommend genuine Honda Brake Fluid.
- If a Maintenance Minder Indicator does not appear more than 36 months after the display for item 7 is reset, change the brake fluid every 3 years.
