Engine Oil Pan Removal and Installation: Removal
- Right Front Wheel - Remove
- Front Splash Shield and Engine Undercover (With Engine Undercover) - Remove
- Drive Belt - Remove
- A/C Compressor - Move
NOTE:
- Do not disconnect the A/C hoses.
- Do not bend the A/C hoses excessively.
- Disconnect the connector at the same time.
- Hang the A/C compressor with a wire tie.
- Engine Oil - Drain
- A/C Compressor Bracket - Remove
- Exhaust Pipe A - Remove
- Intermediate Shaft Mounting Bolt - Remove
- Engine - Support
1. Support the transmission with a transmission jack and a wood block under the transmission. - Torque Rod and Torque Rod Bracket - Remove
- CKP Sensor Cover - Remove
- Oil Pan - Remove
1. Remove the clutch case cover (M/T) or the torque converter cover (CVT) (A) and the transmission mounting bolts (B). 2. Remove the bolts securing the oil pan. 3. Using a flat blade screwdriver, separate the oil pan from the lower block in the places shown. 4. Remove the oil pan.
