- Brake pedal position switch BRK DIAG line open (includes poor or loose connection)
- Brake pedal position switch BRK DIAG line short to power
- Brake pedal position switch BRK DIAG line short to ground
- Brake pedal position switch failure
- PCM internal circuit failure
