- Park position sensor PSEN1/SBW PPOS1 line open (includes a loose or disconnected connector)
- Park position sensor VCC/SBW VCC1 line open (includes a loose or disconnected connector)
- Park position sensor GND/SBW SG1 line open (includes a loose or disconnected connector)
- Park position sensor PSEN1/SBW PPOS1 line short to ground
- Park position sensor VCC/SBW VCC1 line short to ground
- Park position sensor internal circuit failure
- SBW shifter assembly internal circuit failure
