- Park position sensor PSEN2/SBW PPOS2 line open (includes a loose or disconnected connector)
- Park position sensor VCC/SBW VCC1 line open (includes a loose or disconnected connector)
- Park position sensor GND/SBW SG1 line open (includes a loose or disconnected connector)
- Park position sensor PSEN2/SBW PPOS2 line short to ground
- Park position sensor VCC/SBW VCC1 line short to ground
- SBW shifter assembly internal circuit failure
- Park position sensor internal circuit failure
