Intake Manifold Removal and Installation: Removal

	Detailed information, notes, and precautions
	Replace

1. Engine Cover - Remove
2. Air Cleaner - Remove 
3. Intake Air Duct - Remove 
4. EVAP Canister Purge Hose and Connector (EVAP Canister Purge Valve) - Disconnect 
5. EVAP Canister Purge Valve - Remove (If needed) 
6. Throttle Body - Move 

   NOTE:  Do not disconnect the water bypass hoses.

7. EGR Pipe B - Remove 
8. Intake Manifold - Remove

   1. Remove the intake manifold mounting bolts and nuts sequentially in three steps.

9. Intake Manifold Base - Remove
