DTC P15C5 : Brake Booster Pressure Sensor A Characteristic Low Voltage
NOTE:

DTC (EVPS)
- PGM-FI system DTC check
- 1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
- 2. Check for Pending or Confirmed DTCs in the PGM-FI system with the HDS.
DTC Description Confirmed DTC Pending DTC Freeze Frame DTC (PGM-FI)
Are any DTCs indicated?
YES
Go to the indicated DTC's troubleshooting - Refer to: How to Troubleshoot the Fuel and Emissions Systems .
NO
Go to step 2.
- Brake booster pressure sensor check
- 1. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
- 2. Substitute a known-good brake booster pressure sensor.
- 3. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
- 4. Clear the DTC with the HDS.
- 5. Check for DTCs with the HDS.
DTC Description DTC Freeze Frame P15C5 Brake Booster Pressure Sensor A Characteristic Low Voltage Is DTC P15C5 indicated?
YES
Substitute a known-good PCM, then recheck. If the symptom/indication goes away with a known-good PCM, replace the original PCM. - Refer to: PCM Removal and Installation (19-21 9-Speed A/T), or PCM Removal and Installation (6-Speed A/T, 16-18 9-Speed A/T) .
