1. Measure the valve in these areas.

NOTE: The letter (D or S) is stamped on the exhaust valve head (E).

Intake Valve Dimensions
A Standard (New): 116.55-117.15 mm (4.5886-4.6122 in)

B Standard (New): 35.9-36.1 mm (1.413-1.421 in)

C Standard (New): 5.485-5.495 mm (0.21594-0.21634 in)

C Service Limit: 5.485 mm (0.21594 in)

Exhaust Valve Dimensions

A Standard (New): 113.90-114.50 mm (4.4842-4.5079 in)

B Standard (New):
D: 29.85-30.15 mm (1.1752-1.1870 in)
S: 29.9-30.1 mm (1.177-1.185 in)

C Standard (New): 5.450-5.460 mm (0.21457-0.21496 in)

C Service Limit: 5.450 mm (0.21457 in)

All Removed Parts - Install

1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
