1. Oil Jet - Inspect

   Preconditions 

   • Oil Jet Removed

   Procedure/Specifications 

   1. Make sure that a 0.6 mm (0.024 in) diameter pin will go through the nozzle hole (a).

   Specifications 

   Specification/Standard Value (New)
   a	0.8 mm (0.031 in)
   	Nozzle not damaged or bent

   2. Make sure that a 2.8 mm (0.110 in) diameter pin will go through the oil intake (b).

   Specifications 

   Standard Value (New)
   b	3.0 mm (0.118 in)

   Specifications 

   Specification/Standard Value (New)
   c	Stroke: 2.2 mm (0.087 in)
   	Check ball moves smoothly

   3. Check the oil jet operation with an air nozzle.

   Specifications 

   Specification
   Should take at least 314 kPa (3.20 kgf/cm2 , 45.5 psi) to unseat the check ball.

   Result 

   • If it is abnormal, replace the oil jet.
