Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure (Single Battery) in Engine Electrical.
  2. Remove the I/P carrier. Refer to Instrument Panel (I/P) Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  3. Remove the body control module (1) from the body control module bracket.
