Installation Procedures

With an assistant, align the hinge to the alignment marks made with the grease pencil.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the fasteners (1) retaining the hinge to the vehicle.
Tighten: Tighten the fasteners to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

Install the fasteners (1) retaining the hinge to the door.
Tighten: Tighten the fasteners to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
Adjust the door if necessary. Refer to Front Side Door Adjustment .
