Programmable Remote Lock and Unlock Feedback

The following instructions detail how to enter the programming mode for the remote lock and unlock feedback feature:

1. With the engine OFF, place the ignition in the LOCK position.
2. Place the ignition key in the OFF position or the retained accessory power (RAP) position.
3. Press the key fob LOCK and UNLOCK at the same time. The DIC will display RFA.
4. Press the control stem for 1 second to view the modes and more than 2 seconds to select a mode.

   The following is a list of available programming options:

   • Mode 1-The park lamps flash when the vehicle is locked and unlocked.
   • Mode 2-The park lamps flash and the horn chirps when the vehicle is locked. The park lamps flash when the vehicle is unlocked.
   • Mode 3-The park lamps flash and the horn chirps when the vehicle is locked and unlocked.
   • Mode 4-The RFA is inactive.
