NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications .Preliminary Procedure: Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
1	Tie Rod Jam Nut Tighten: Tighten the jam nut to 70 N.m (52 lb ft).
2	Tie Rod Tip: Rotate the tie rod to the required specification setting. Refer to Wheel Alignment Specifications .
