Instrument Cluster Programming and Setup

After Installation of a new IPC, a setup needs to be performed to configure the IPC to the vehicle. Use the scan tool to perform the IPC seup. This will configure Tap Up/Tap Down to the vehicle and enable/disable Speed Alert and Speed Advisory feature.
