Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Components

    NOTE: Align the air cleaner outlet duct tab (4) to the air cleaner resonator tab (5).
  1. Install the air cleaner outlet duct (2) to the resonator and the air cleaner.
  2. Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamp (3) at the resonator.
    3. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamp (1) at the air cleaner.

    Tighten:  Tighten the clamps to 6 N.m (53 lb in).
