Time & Alarm Control System (TACS)

The Time and Alarm Control Module (TACM) controls the front wiper and washer, tail, park and license lamps, courtesy and trunk lamps, rear window defogger and outside mirror defogger, door warning and seat belt warning. The module receives battery voltage at all time from fuse No. 25. Fuses No. 24 and 2 supplies battery voltage to the module with the ignition switch in ON or START. All functions of the front wiper and washer circuit are controlled by the position of the front wiper and washer switch. The wiper switch has 4 positions: OFF, INT, LO and HI. The TACM is located under center of the dash, below the radio and has one 26-pin connector. See Figure .
