Park/Neutral Position Switch

  1. Disconnect transaxle range switch harness connector located on top of transaxle. Ensure continuity exists between switch terminals No. 9 and 10 when shift selector lever is in Park and Neutral. See Fig 1 .
  2. If continuity does not exist, ensure transaxle range switch is adjusted properly. See PARK/NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH  under ADJUSTMENTS. If switch adjustment is okay, replace transaxle range switch switch.
