Bench Testing: Brushes

Replace brushes if worn to limit. See Fig 1 . Replace all brush springs if any springs are damaged or corroded.
To remove brushes from holder, unsolder pigtail from terminal. See Fig 2 . To replace, install brush into the brush holder and solder lead wire.
