Variable Intake Solenoid (VIS) Valve: Description: Notes

Variable Intake Solenoid (VIS) Valve is installed on the intake manifold and changes the effective length of the intake passages to improve intake efficiency under varying engine conditions.

1. Low/Middle Speed: VIS Valve Close → Resonating Effect Improving Intake Efficiency
2. High Speed: VIS Valve Open → Improving Intake Inertia Effect -> Improving Intake Efficiency
