Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) cable.
  2. Remove the intake manifold. (Refer to "INTAKE & EXHAUST SYSTEM " in EM group)
  3. Remove the knock sensor from the cylinder block.
