Repair Procedures: Installation

Install the oil pump (A).
Tightening torque: 20.6 ~ 22.6N.m (2.1 ~ 2.3kgf.m, 15.2 ~ 16.6lb-ft)

NOTE: Always use a new O-ring.
Install the oil pump sprocket and the oil pump chain on the oil pump, and tighten the sprocket bolt (A).
Tightening torque: 18.6 ~ 21.6N.m (1.9 ~ 2.2kgf.m, 13.7 ~ 15.9lb-ft)

Install the oil pump chain cover (A).
Tightening torque: 9.8 ~ 11.8N.m (1.0 ~ 1.2kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 8.7lb-ft)

Install the lower oil pan.
(Refer to Lubrication System - "OIL PAN ")
After assembly, wait at least 30 minutes before filling the engine with oil.
