Repair Procedures: Removal
CAUTION:
- When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
- Be careful to store and handle the crash pad when removing/installing because lubricant and oil can leave a stain on the trim.
- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Remove the crash pad lower panel.

- Remove the console garnish assembly. [LH]
(Refer to Body - "FLOOR CONSOLE ASSEMBLY ")
- Using a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, remove the center fascia panel.
- Loosen the screw and then remove the AVN key pad assembly.
- Disconnect the AVN key pad connector (A).
- Disconnect the SSB connector (A) and then remove the AVN key pad assembly.
- Remove the start/stop button (A) from the AVN key pad assembly.
- Separate the start/stop button switch.
