Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Turn the ignition switch off and disconnect the battery (-) terminal.
  2. Remove the air cleaner. (Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "AIR CLEANER ")
  3. Disconnect the variable charge motion actuator connector (A).

  4. Remove the variable charge motion actuator mounting bolts (A).
  5. Remove variable charge motion actuator rod mounting nut (B).
