Problem Verification Check

  1. Substitute known-good remote control. Enter ID code of substituted remote control. See PROGRAMMING REMOTE CONTROL . Recheck system operation using known-good remote control. If door lock/unlock function is okay, replace remote control. If door lock/unlock function is still inoperative, go to next step.
  2. Test multi-remote control operation using Nissan CONSULT or on-board diagnostic Mode II. Refer to CONSULT operation manual for testing using Nissan CONSULT or MULTIPLEX CONTROL SYSTEM article for testing using on-board diagnostic Mode II. If necessary, replace LCU 07. See PROGRAMMING REMOTE CONTROL.
